تشجيع التبادل التجاري بين الدول الإفريقية باستعمال العملات الوطنية

الملخّص
يهدف هذا البحث إلى تسليط الضوء على قضية بالغة الأهمية تتمثّل في كيفية تسهيل التبادل التجاري بين الدول الإفريقية من دون المرور عبر الدولار واليورو العملات الكابحة للتنمية والمعرقلة للتبادل التجاري بحيث يمكن التعامل بالعملات الوطنية أن يخفّف القلق بشأن استخدام الدولار واليورو في التجارة؛ ما يساعد الدول على استيراد المواد الخام والطاقة بأسعار معقولة لأنشطتها التصنيعية، مع زيادة استخدام الولايات المتحدة فرضَ العقوبات الاقتصادية، أصبحت العديد من الدول أكثر تحفزاً لاستكشاف التجارة باستخدام العملات الوطنية، واستخدام أنظمة الدفع الدولية بخلاف النظام الدولي “سويفت” المرتبطة بالدولار واليورو.

Encouraging Trade Exchange Between African Countries Using National Currencies

Abstract
This paper aims to highlight the critical issue of facilitating trade between African countries without using the dollar and euro, currencies that hinder development and impede trade. Using national currencies can alleviate concerns about the use of the dollar and euro in trade, helping countries import raw materials and energy at affordable prices for their manufacturing activities. With the United States increasingly imposing economic sanctions, many countries have become more motivated to explore trade using national currencies and using international payment systems other than the SWIFT system, which is linked to the dollar and the euro.
